You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Impersonate others or generate content that violates publicity or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
• Use the Service to generate content depicting minors unsafely or any prohibited material.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload and the videos you create, subject to the rights of any third-party assets you include. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to operate the Service.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risk to the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, firevideo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
